SERVICES ACROSS MEXICO & THE PNW

  • We curate your Dream Team—your vendors, your creatives, your support system— thoughtfully selecting and managing each one to ensure a seamless, elevated experience. From photographers and videographers to rentals, florals, décor, invitations, and AV/DJ/MC services, every detail is chosen with intention and in harmony with your venue and vision.

On your event or wedding day, SG oversees and guides all vendor communication, ensuring everything flows effortlessly with our aligned timeline. You get to stay present and enjoy every moment, knowing each detail is cared for, coordinated, and beautifully executed—so your only job is to make memories.

  • Partial Planning is ideal for those who already have a vision and a few key vendors secured, but want expert support to refine, source, and confidently move everything toward the finish line. Maybe you need help sourcing the remaining pieces, someone to collaborate with, or simply reassurance that your decisions are aligned and moving in the right direction. Think of SG as your guide, your sounding board, and your creative partner.

You stay involved in the planning process while we help streamline, elevate, and connect every detail with purpose. And when your event or wedding day arrives, SG steps in to manage the full execution—so you can celebrate fully, knowing the details are handled with precision and care.

  • This option is perfect for any celebration—micro weddings, celebrations, elopements, or event management. You’ve planned and secured all your details, and now you’re looking for a professional eye to review your progress and ensure everything is aligned and ready.

SG steps in to refine and finalize your floor plan and timeline, bringing clarity and structure to share with your vendor team. On your day, we manage execution and serve as the point of contact for all vendors—so you can immerse yourself in the celebration, confident that every detail is being handled with care and intention.

Testimonials

  • Sarah went above and beyond for us especially the week of our wedding and our wedding day. If you want stuff done right and need to entrust someone with this HUGE task, look no further than SGS Events.

    - Aimee & Steve, Wedding Couple

  • If I could give more than five stars, I would. SGS Florals isn’t just a planner/ florist, she's an artist who translates vision into reality with flowers… She has this incredible way of combining colors, textures, and florals you’ve never even seen before into pieces that feel alive.

    - Amanda, Bride & Floral Client

  • If I had to describe Sarah and SGS Events Co. in a few words, it would be "wedding planner guardian angel." SGS Events Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Her communication style was clear, concise, and proactive, with a calm, easy-going demeanor that put us at ease throughout the planning process.

    - Melissa, Bride

  • Sarah is a GEM of a human and an absolute joy to be around overall. I've had the pleasure of working with Sarah several times and I know when I am working an event with her that the day will be seamless, vendor teams will be supported, and guests will be relaxed and at ease for a smooth, fun, and collaborative experience.

     - Adina Salinger, Tangled Roots Florals

  • Being on the vendor side of the business, Sarah B of SGS Events made our job effortless as the caterer!  She is a highly experienced professional, not just in the planning side, but she knows all the intricacies that each vendor would need to know and “speaks” our language.
